I ordered the buy one get one a couple of months back. I ordered red and purple but received black & purple. I emailed them to let them know I received the wrong color, not a big deal and really not expecting them to do anything about it, HOWEVER, they responded, had me send a pic of what I received and immediately sent the red one. (See pics posted) I also questioned the "China shipping" bc the African Net is supposed to be sourced from Nigeria. I received a response on that as well and was told that their products are indeed manufactured in Africa but they have fulfillment centers in various regions to optimize shipping times, which makes sense. I also researched the fake ones that are being sold and this is NOT FAKE! This is an original afroscrub, with the little knots in the netting and baby.. when i tell you that I feel like I have brand new skin after scrubbing w/this thing, I LOVE it and have recommended it to several people. I swear I love this thing! Def. nothing like a loofah! Game changer for me. I really appreciate their customer service & making it right w/my order. I have zero complaints with this product or company & would order again!
